Finally invested in a quality offset smoker and couldn't be happier. The temperature stays remarkably consistent, and the smoke flavor is incredible. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions.
Solid construction and excellent heat retention. Takes some practice to master the airflow controls, but once you get it dialed in, this thing produces restaurant-quality results. The cooking chamber is spacious enough for large gatherings.
